Dr. Anupam Malhotra (Dr. Anu) DMD
I am Dr. Anu and I am writing to share my excitement at joining Richardson General and Cosmetic Dentistry as an Associate Dentist.
Dr. Goad is not only an exceptional dentist, he is also a valued and respected member of our community. I am deeply grateful and honored to have been handed the reigns of his well-established practice and entrusted with your care. I am absolutely committed to ensure that Dr. Goad’s legacy lives on through his practice by implementing the highest standards of patient care and using the latest advancements in dental procedures and technology.
I graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey and completed a fellowship in Implant Dentistry. I am currently pursuing specialization in fields of oral implantology including ‘All-On-Four’ procedures (implant supported dentures) and full mouth rehabilitation in addition to a fellowship in oral surgery emphasizing impacted wisdom teeth. I am certified in Invisalign, a cutting-edge procedure using clear aligners that can give you the smile of your dreams. Finally, I am an active member of American Academy of General Dentistry and International Congress of Implantology.
Apart from my passion for dentistry, I also enjoy spending time with family, traveling, reading books, cooking, music and volunteering.

Dr. Hassan Asghar, DDS, MS
Dr. Asghar brings vast experience with him who values the happiness and health of every patient, customizing his care to support each individual’s needs and concerns. In addition to periodontics services, Dr. Asghar also provides treatment for dental implants, wisdom teeth extractions and more.
He works with people of all ages who suffer from periodontal disease, from mild to extreme cases, and always goes above and beyond to ensure every patient is comfortable and free from pain during treatment. Dr. Asghar received his post doctorate degree in periodontics (dealing with gum disease and dental implants) and Masters of Dental Science from Saint Louis University Center for Advanced Dental Education Missouri, USA.
Dr. Asghar is an active member of the American Dental Associations and the American Academy of Periodontology. He enjoys learning the latest advances in the field of Periodontics to ensure in providing the best possible care to his patients and meet patient satisfaction with every aspect of their dental experience.
His philosophy is simple. He is committed to providing his patients with a positive experience and excellent treatment. He strives to do everything possible to make his patients feel comfortable and take the time needed to address any questions and concerns. In his free time, he enjoys a lot of outdoor activities including golf, biking and playing tennis.
